Hello, we are in historical centre and there are several parkings close to us and, of course, all are with payement One Is Fortezza Fiera which cost €1,60/hour and € 20/24hours or garage palacongressi €26-31/24hours

there is a washmachine in the bed & breakfast that you can use for a cost of 7€ / wash (it fits 7 kg) it is possible to rent a car but consider that the historical center of florence is very small and that you can t enter with the car

It's true! the SUITE is the most beautiful room with amazing view! at the moment it's available only for the 5 november you could book the 4 an other room and then stay the 5 in the suite (or both nights in the suite if the other guest will cancel)

if you want the room with the amazing view you have to book the JUNIOR SUITE WITH BALCONY It is the only one with that special view, all the other rooms look on the street

Yes, there is an elevator to reach all the rooms, with an exception for our suite, that has 55 steps to climb (stairs)

Dear Joe, the room with the amazing view on the historical center is only one and is called JUNIOR SUITE WITH BALCONY; it is on a higher level then the other rooms and there are some steps to do and no lift for this room.
Regarding the junior suite, is the bathroom a private bath within the room? Also, can you explain how breakfast is handled?
Yes, is a private bathroom in a private floor. Our suite's guests can choose if they want breakfast to be served in the room or in the common breakfast room, and is personalized for our guests' preferences.
Is this room is having washroom or it’s shared one ? Can you please confirm ?
there is no washroom but very close to us there is a wash and dry
